This business began in a very rural upper East Tn area. I'm happy to be in Florida with my family now and absolutely feel honored and privileged to be serving the many residents of The Villages and surrounding areas.

AWESOME! After several attempts to secure transportation through other services, I contacted this company and spoke to Eric. He confirmed availability, verified my flight information the morning of the trip, followed up timely with all communications, and gave me a great tour/introduction to the area on the way to the airport. Car was clean and comfortable. He was pleasant and engaging, which made the hour plus ride more enjoyable. I will recommend Eric & Premier Taxi and Transport to anyone visiting the Tazewell area! 5 Stars!!

We just moved to the area and we had an unfortunate event. Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere. We called State Farm and we called AAA and after waiting for several hours we were able to get a ride home from a neighbor. But then we located Eric from Premier Taxi and Transport Services. We reached out to him late on Saturday evening to arrange a ride for Sunday early afternoon. He immediately responded to our call with a definite time for arrival. We touched base Sunday morning to confirm times. Eric arrived on time and was very professional. He was an excellent driver and a great conversationalist. When we arrived at the rental car kiosk at the airport he made sure we had our rental car before he departed. It was a wonderful experience!

I needed a ride to the Knoxville airport area within a day and a half. Thankfully he was available at my timeframe.
He was prompt, very professional and we had great conversations on our trip.

I've used Eric a few times now and I can say his services have always been above and beyond. He is professional, on time, a safe driver, informative, kind and thoughtful. We're without a car at the moment and have used him to take my mother to the ER, to her doctor appointments, and to run errands. He is always doing his best to meet his clients needs and to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Today he took me to do some grocery shopping while my mother was at her doctor's appointment, and anticipating the wait time brought a cooler with ice for me to put my perishables in so they would stay fresh. He really tries to anticipate his clients needs and helps out in any area he can. He is over all a great guy with a great taxi service, I would recommend him to anyone and will always use him for any future taxi services that I would need.

Landed my experimental aircraft at the Tazewell airport because of mechanical issues and weather. Needed to get to McGhee Tyson quickly as I'm a United Airline pilot looking to catch a hop back to my home terminal in Chicago. This service had just started and thankfully so. Your local law enforcement was able find you.
Clean vehicle and professional service. Definitely going to use again when I'm in the area. Great service to the Knoxville Airport.

One of the best people I’ve ever met in my life! When I was in a low spot he got me to work almost everyday! He was always early. He listened me to me, gave me advice and motivated me each day. Even on the days he wished I would shut up…. Lol… I knew If Eric was available--then I didn’t have a worry in the world. You won’t find another person/ taxi service like this one.

You saved me!! I live in Pennsylvania!! I drove a vehicle from up here down to my daughter in Tazewell who's a student at LMU Vet program and her car died. I had no way to the airport because of her classes!!
I had to fly from the Tri-Cities airport to Florida just to get back to PA. It was Thanksgiving week. I was and am so grateful! You took the scenic route, stopped and gave my youngest child and I some breath taking views and some TN history!
I couldn't count on those who claimed they loved me. You really made this trip valuable!!

I just moved here a few months ago and found out about Eric's service. I live in an RV complex off Lone Mountain road in Tazewell, TN.
I've kept him busy taking me to the local package store and grocery stores in the area.
Good guy--very friendly and waits on me wherever I need dropped off.
Justified rates and on time, every time.
I've taken many taxi's in my life and you can tell Eric is not your typical Uber driver.

Very nice, very patient and clean vehicle. Takes you anywhere you want to go. I was 37 weeks pregnant and Eric was a godsend taking me multiple trips to the Middlesboro Hospital and MD appts as I had no one else to take me. He also allowed me to stop for drive-thru food for me and my 2 small children and the drive-thru pharmacy to pick up some meds. Needed a grocery run--He was there!!

Eric was Awesome for the ride, fun to talk to and flexible with his time.
He even let me stop to pick up and drink and snack!
I needed to pick up a rental car at the Knoxville Airport and when we got there--Eric insisted I get those rental car keys in my hand before he left that facility.
He even drove me all the way to the rental car location allowing me to unload all my gear from a short distance.
10 stars if that available.

We are a Knoxville family that unfortunately has a blind family member living in the Tazewell area with a caregiver. She requires many MD appointments to various local destinations.
We were very fortunate to find Eric and Premier Taxi.
All of our family have jobs--and it's become a great effort to get our Tazewell family member to her frequent appointments.
Eric is courteous, on time, a safe driver and very personable! We will DEFINITELY be calling on him for future travel needs.
This area has needed someone like Eric for a very long time. Glad to have found him.

I’m a female LMU student that needed a ride to the Knoxville airport to visit family in Memphis, TN. I am so happy this new taxi service is now available and close to LMU Harrogate, TN. It can be tough to get around without a car especially if you need to go to the Knoxville airport. Eric was an excellent driver. He's friendly & safe. You never really know about taxi drivers, but I felt very comfortable riding with him I guess because he's an Air force veteran and a large man as well. His rates are very reasonable. He's punctual and makes your experience seamless and stress-free. He played smooth jazz--very relaxing. I went to sleep twice. I recommend everybody use this service because there is no other like it in the area. 5 stars!! Thanks Eric!!

Thank you so much Eric for driving my husband and I to the airport in January and picking us back up at midnight 3 weeks later! Your calm professional demeanor and being in control of the vehicle at all times was very reassuring. My husband was very happy that he was saved from the airport parking fees ...as well as enjoying zero anxiety because his vision is so poor at night now due to diabetes. We appreciated the clean comfortable environment with the roomy trunk for all my suitcases! I will be calling you for any trips we have in the future, airport transportation or just special celebration nights!
